At The New Me we pride ourselves on our ability to run exciting, diverse and interesting training sessions that are designed to maximise the amount of calories you are burning each day as well as give you the greatest variety of training methods and styles available so that you can choose what exercise sessions you wish to continue doing once you leave the program.
We focus heavily on changing your thought patterns towards exercise and so instead of running all training sessions we run several ‘structured movement’ classes per day. This enables you through participating to not only have fantastic health and fitness gains but also really begin to enjoy the fact that not only are you moving around, but you are moving around alot and enjoying it.
We are also very prepared for and used to dealing with clients that have all of the common injuries associated with being over 100kg from ankles through to knees and back pain etc and so our first priority is always ensuring that your safety is first and foremost and while trying to minimize injury or aggravation of past injuries we will always have you participating in every session to the best of your ability. There is no more living on the side line!
